In accordance with the ISO 22000 standard, our laboratory can organize and implement a food safety management system in the company in order for the organization – the company to demonstrate its ability to control risks and ensure food safety.
The standard specifies the requirements so that the organisation – the company:
(a) design, implement, operate, maintain and update a food safety management system to provide products that are safe for the consumer according to their intended use.
(b) demonstrate compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements for food safety
(c) assess customer requirements and document compliance with bilaterally agreed customer requirements relating to food safety in order to enhance customer satisfaction
(d) effectively communicate data on food safety issues to suppliers, customers and stakeholders
(e) ensure that the stated food safety policy is implemented
(f) demonstrate compliance with the stated food safety policy
(g) seek certification or registration of the food safety management system by an independent body or self-assessment or the same declaration of compliance with this International Standard.
Our laboratory may periodically undertake internal inspections, which are determined according to work programmes in accordance with the requirements of Article 8.4.1 of ISO 22000. It can also prepare the company for certification, surveillance and recertification inspections.
